First of all I would like to remind everyone that its Break Cancer awareness month, so think pink, wear pink and spread the awareness. Its very much likely that everyone reading this blog is already aware of this, so lets take it on ourselves to personally tell everyone, especially women that we come across to see a doctor and learn how to do a self scan every month for lumps and anything unusual in the breast. According Harvard School of Public Health women above the age of 20 should get checked regularly. For women up till the age of 39, a clinical exam once every three years and above 40, clinical as well as a mammogram every year. Ask your doctor for more information and in the mean time check out the following links to know more about Breast cancer and the Pink Ribbon campaign.
